By registering on the MedSygn platform and/or purchasing any subscription plan, the user (doctor) expressly agrees the, access to the platform and its services shall be conditional upon the selection and activation of a valid paid subscription plan, and no services shall be rendered without such active subscription. All subscription plans shall be governed by the pricing, validity, and feature structure as made available on the platform at the time of purchase, and Synaegis Health Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue any subscription plans, features, or services.
Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory levies, which shall be charged additionally, and all payments shall be deemed final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances including in cases of technical issues not attributable to the Company, change in user requirements, dissatisfaction, or discontinuation of use for any reason whatsoever., partial usage or non-usage of services. Subscription access shall remain valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase and may require periodic renewal, failing which access to associated services may be restricted or suspended.
Certain plans may include limited communication services such as SMS and WhatsApp messaging, and any usage beyond allocated limits shall require the purchase of additional credits at prevailing rates, with such services being subject to third-party dependencies and availability. Where applicable, eligibility for add-on services or benefits shall be determined by Synaegis Health Tech Pvt Ltd based on defined criteria and shall be activated only in the subsequent billing cycle following qualification.
Users with active paid subscriptions may participate in referral programs, wherein benefits, including discounts of up to 50% on subsequent subscription renewals, may be granted subject to successful referral conditions and compliance with eligibility criteria as determined solely by Synaegis Health Tech Pvt Ltd.
All subscriptions, benefits, credits, and associated rights are strictly non-transferable. Synaegis Health Tech Pvt Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing structures at any time, including after 31 March 2029, with prior notice.
The user further acknowledges and agrees that any personal data processed in connection with subscription, billing, communication services, and platform usage shall be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules and regulations made thereunder, and that by accepting these terms, the user provides informed consent for such data processing strictly for lawful purposes related to service delivery, billing, communication, and platform functionality, subject to applicable rights and obligations under law.
